WikiPathways QA - Add External References for Nodes

Goal

The goal of this task is to annotate as many data nodes on pathways as possible with proper database references.

Instructions

• You will need to have PathVisio and the WikiPathways plugin installed and running.
• Click the pathway image or title below to view the pathway at WikiPathways.
• The red Annotate nodes tag will include a list of data nodes that are not annotated. Open the pathway in PathVisio, search WikiPathways for the pathway title or WPID using the WikiPathways App, under Plugins > WikiPathways > Search in PathVisio, and annotate as many of these data nodes as possible.
• To submit your changes to WikiPathways, click Plugins > WikiPathways > Update and enter a description of your edits.
• If all possible data nodes are annotated, save the pathway and remove the Annotate nodes tag.
• Click Next pathway below and repeat this process for the next pathway.
