Background

Once you have contributed to an existing pathway or authored a new pathway that has been reviewed and approved, a user page will be automatically created for you at WikiPathways.org. By default, the user page displays only username and name, as well as automated listings of all pathway models you have created and contributed to. Your user page can be customized and improved to display information of your choosing. Here's an example of a what a user page looks like: Khansper User Page.

Customize Your User Page

  • Navigate to your user page on WikiPathways. The URL for your page will be in the following format:

    https://www.wikipathways.org/authors/username.html

where username is the username you selected at WikiPathways in the previous step, for example Khanspers in the example above.
  • Click on the pencil icon next to your username. This will open your WikiPathways userpage in the WikiPathways repo at GitHub. Note that you will need to be logged in at GitHub to continue.
